Ingredients
1/2 cup blue jam
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a no mayo version)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the blue jam and minced garlic. Mix well to ensure the garlic is evenly distributed.
Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is creamy and emulsified.
Season with salt, black pepper, honey (if using), Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Adjust to taste.
Transfer the aioli to a serving dish or airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the blue jam garlic aioli with your favorite dishes, such as grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a dip for fries.
