Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Optional toppings: powdered sugar, fresh fruit, syrup
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Pour the batter into the prepared skillet or baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Serve warm, topped with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or syrup as desired. Enjoy!
