Pistachio Joe Pudding Popsicle Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup pistachio pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pistachios (for added texture)
Optional: chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions:
Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, pistachio pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add Texture: Stir in the crushed pistachios to add a delightful crunch to your popsicles.
Fill the Molds: Pour the pudding mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert Sticks: If your molds have a lid, insert the popsicle sticks. If not, cover with aluminum foil and insert sticks through the foil.
Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
Unmold the Popsicles: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen. Gently pull the popsicles out.
Serve: Enjoy as is, or drizzle with chocolate sauce for an extra treat!
Store: If you have leftovers, wrap each popsicle in plastic wrap and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
