How to Make Yogurt in a Ninja Speedi

Ingredients:
4 cups of milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt with live cultures (store-bought or from a previous batch)
Instructions:
Prepare the Milk:
Pour the milk into the Ninja Speedi pot. If you prefer thicker yogurt, you can heat the milk first to about 180°F (82°C) to denature the proteins, then cool it down to around 110°F (43°C).
Mix in Yogurt Starter:
Once the milk is at the desired temperature, add the plain yogurt. Whisk gently until it’s well combined.
Set the Ninja Speedi:
Close the lid of the Ninja Speedi and select the "Yogurt" function. Set the time for 8 hours for a tangy yogurt, or adjust to your preference (6-10 hours).
